Should you need to claim back dental charges on your private insurance, please bear in mind that Quality Dental Fulham does not employ additional staff to do this kind of paperwork.

However, if your insurance provider insists that your Quality Dental NHS Dentist Fulham completes a form, then please get in touch and let us know, providing the dentist with £75.00 to cover the time taken to complete the forms in question. We do not send invoices, as we lack the administrative staff and free time to arrange them.

Once your treatment has been completed, should you wish to claim back costs from your insurance company, simply ask our receptionist to stamp your statement of charges with our official practice stamp. It will then be signed and dated by the receptionist, which will be your confirmation that the treatment is finished, and you have paid for it in full. We do not charge for this officiation.
